• All inbound and outbound packages are subject to a processing and handling fee, based on the weight of the item. All inbound and outbound packages are sorted and processed for security clearance. Due to this process, inbound packages are not available for immediate release by the hotel. The hotel does advise to ship packages at least one (1) day before required pick up, to avoid any inconveniences. (Please call for inquiries.)
